Our Open Culture and what we promote

  1. Promoting Individual Rights: Open cultures respect and promote the rights of individuals to make their own choices, including their relationships. As individuals are empowered to voice their concerns and preferences.
  2. Encouraging Communication: Open cultures encourage communication between us the care provider, individuals, and their families.
  3. Supporting Transparency: Proactive cultures support transparency in our care practices, which can minimise the risk of malpractice. It ensures that all actions are accountable and can be scrutinised if necessary.
  4. Promoting Continuous Learning: Proactive cultures promote continuous learning and improvement. This can help identify and rectify potential risks in care practices, thereby improving the quality of care.
  5. Encouraging Reporting of Concerns: In an open and proactive culture, individuals and staff are encouraged to report any concerns or issues. This can help in early detection and resolution of potential risks.

Whistleblowing

Confidentiality

We want you to feel comfortable raising your concerns openly but we also appreciate that you may want to raise them confidentially. This means that while you are willing for your identity to be known to the person you report your concern to, you do not want anyone else to know your identity, therefore we will keep your identity confidential unless required to disclose it by law. You can choose to raise your concern anonymously without giving anyone your name but that may make it more difficult to investigate thoroughly and give you feedback on the outcome.

Their are ways whistleblowing can be made however we have a hotline - 07538967529
